By accessing or using the Get Cited by AI service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Vume.ai ("we", "us", or "our").
Get Cited by AI is an Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) service that publishes authoritative content on high-authority external platforms to build your brand's citation presence with AI engines such as ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, and Perplexity. We do not require access to your website to deliver the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
The Service is offered on a monthly subscription basis. Fees are charged in advance at the beginning of each billing cycle. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice.
You agree not to use the Service to promote illegal products or services, to distribute spam, to infringe third-party intellectual property rights, or to engage in any activity that violates applicable law. We reserve the right to terminate your account if you breach this provision.
All content, branding, and technology associated with the Service remain the property of Vume.ai. Content published about your brand on third-party platforms as part of the Service is created for citation purposes; ownership of such content may vary by platform.
We do not guarantee specific citation outcomes or traffic results. AI engine behavior is determined by third-party systems outside our control. We apply best-practice AEO methodologies, but results may vary.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vume.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the fees paid in the three months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. Termination takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately if you breach these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Vume.ai is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
